ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2012 and currently lead a team of six. I'm a graduate of the University of Central Missouri, have been married to my wife for 15 years, and am the proud father of three daughters. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, attending Kansas City Royals games, and cheering on my daughters in their activities.
Serving our community is an important part of our agency. I'm a board member for Greensworks, active in my church, a member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians, and regularly volunteer at our local food pantry. I believe in making a positive impact both inside and outside the office.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Liam Porter - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
